Suggested UsageDaily
- Adults Mix 2-4 level teaspoons with water or your favourite
low-acidic juice and drink first thing in the morning or 30mins to an
hour before food. Absorption is better on an empty stomach. If you have
a particularly busy day, are highly active, suffer with indigestion or
acid reflux, or are feeling a bit worn out, you can take another dose
later in the day, again preferably on an empty stomach, or a couple of
hours after you last ate.
Children - Half to 1 teaspoon daily
